About Us

Systems shaped by the mission.

Integrated UAV solutions for specialized cleaning, aerial firefighting, and emergency response.

Your UAV solution partner

From individual equipment
to a complete cleaning system.

TK Innovation focuses on specialized UAV cleaning and the configuration of connected operating systems. We bring aircraft, cleaning equipment, ground supply, spray components, and controls into one project discussion.

Our approach starts with the surface, working environment, and available utilities. This helps define the equipment arrangement and the compatibility questions that need to be resolved before deployment.

Specialized cleaning remains our core focus, with aerial firefighting and emergency response as additional solution areas.

A connected system in practice

Four elements. One configuration review.

Industrial UAV platform

The manual presents an M400 aircraft package with remote control and supporting equipment.

ZX003 ground cleaning unit

Water storage, chemical proportioning, and pressure control are brought together in a ground unit, with remote and manual control.

Dedicated spray boom

A mounting base, quick-detach boom, connecting hose, and hardware form the aircraft-side cleaning assembly.

Task-specific nozzles

The package describes foam/water, concentrated-jet, swivel, and fan nozzles for different cleaning requirements.

This is a documented equipment configuration, not a claim that every component is manufactured by TK Innovation. The ZX003 manual specifies a maximum pressure of 20 MPa; the reciprocating cleaning equipment described below is a separate system.

Our core cleaning technology

Reciprocating spray.
Purpose-built for photovoltaic cleaning.

TK Innovation develops reciprocating high-pressure cleaning equipment for photovoltaic installations. Our approach combines a non-invasive quick-mount structure with an oscillating spray mechanism, focusing on cleaning effectiveness, equipment protection, and operating cost.

10–18×Reported efficiency versus manual cleaning
2–4 MWReported daily cleaning coverage, by plant capacity
>42 MPaReported dual-pump system pressure
11 MPaReported pressure at each spray nozzle

Company-provided performance figures for this cleaning equipment. Actual results depend on site conditions and configuration. System pressure and nozzle pressure describe different points in the setup; they are not interchangeable operating settings.

Non-invasive quick installation

Designed for water and power connections without drilling or modifying the aircraft structure. The company describes the installation as preserving the airframe and original warranty; confirm the applicable aircraft warranty terms for the selected installation.

Broad aircraft compatibility

Designed for DJI agricultural and cargo UAV platforms. Share the exact aircraft model so the mounting, power, water, and control interfaces can be confirmed for your configuration.

Cleaning for persistent deposits

The system targets loose dust, bird droppings, and accumulated dirt bands. The company also describes detergent-assisted treatment for rust and oily contamination; the cleaning method must suit the surface and module requirements.

A reciprocating spray structure

The company identifies pressure, weight, reliability, and deployment speed as advantages over fixed multi-nozzle lifting structures. The mechanism is designed to begin work on arrival without a separate extension and retraction cycle.
